Fast Fashion or Fashion Fast? A time sensitive challenge
For every person, 64 pounds of clothing is thrown away each year. In a time where landfills are reaching capacity faster than ever, we challenge amateur designers to take clothing cast-offs and create something new!
Create an innovative look from clothing brought in during the Drop portion of the day’s event and display your spectacular design during the evening’s Swap portion. Time is of the essence as all fabrics must be chosen and assembled in 8 hours. The completed look will be judged on creativity and concept, as well as time management.
