Shipping

A Punkin Card Company's standard shipping is through USPS, but we will also ship through UPS when needed. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed and arrive safely at your home. We also offer additional insurance provided by the carrier, since we are not responsible for loss or damages during shipping.

A Punkin Card Company shipping fees have the following break down:
Cost to ship product + Cost of packaging = Shipping Fee

US and Canada:

USPS First Class 5 to 7 business days
USPS Priority 2 to 3 business days
USPS Overnight 1 business day (not available in all areas)

International:

USPS First Class International Varies
USPS Priority International 6 to 10 days

Returns and Cancellations

A Punkin Card Company stands behind it's products 100%. If there is something you are unsatisfied with please contact us within 5 days after receiving purchase to discuss a refund. Any returned item(s) must be in their original condition and in original packaging.

Note we can not be held responsible for customer errors during checkout or in the proofing process. If the error was on A Punkin Card Company's part, we will do everything we can to fix the issue and make it right.

For all custom orders, there is a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee. Please note this when placing your custom order and notify us at once if you need to cancel.
